Kids playing in the locked churchyard of St.Lukes. This Church was hit, along with many other buildings in Liverpool, by German bombs in May of 1941. After the war ended, the shell of the structure was reinforced with girders and cables but was otherwise left in ruin as a memorial to lives lost during the Blitz.
