Tony lives in the county of Hampshire in the UK and has been an amateur artist for many years, working mostly in pastel with a small amount of watercolours and acrylics. Around 2004 he discovered pyrography which has now become his main medium, with animal and bird portraits being his favorite subjects. All of his work is done using Janik tools, the G4 solid point being the favorite.

As well as doing many pet commissions he sells his work at craft fairs and a regular high street craft market that he helps run with the arts and crafts groups.
