Nedra,
left, was born and raised in New England. She started oil painting at
13, later studying at the Pair College of Art. When she married, her
hubby, a woodcarver, kindled an interest in that art and she eventually
discovered pyrography. Self taught, Nedra has been burning for several
years. She has also written several books on the subject and teaches
classes. She is a Texas Woodcarvers Guild Life Member and is also a
member of the National Woodcarvers Association and the IAPA.
