Richard Withers

About the Artist

Like many other pyrographers, Richard was originally an artist. Born in Tredegar, he took to pyrography some 18 years ago. His unique style is to incorporate the natural features of the wood into his pictures. Based at Corris Craft Centre in Wales, Richard, a founder member of the Welsh Timber Forum, prefers to use home grown timber.
